2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and when submitting business details for content generation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Payment Terms

Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in your account dashboard.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases (such as the 1-Shot plan) are charged as a single payment and are not recurring.

Refunds

Due to the nature of AI-generated content, which is custom-produced for each run, we do not offer refunds on completed content generation runs. If a run fails to produce output due to a technical error on our side, we will provide a replacement run at no additional cost. For billing disputes, contact us at the address below.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive businesses or purposes
• Submit false or misleading business information
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service outside of normal usage
• Resell access to the Service without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content generated through the Service using your business information. You may use, modify, and publish the generated content for your business purposes without restriction.

Our Platform

The Service, including its software, design, algorithms, prompts, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Saratoga Digital Marketing LLC. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform or its underlying technology.

6. Content Disclaimer

The content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and should be reviewed by you before publishing. While we strive to produce high-quality, accurate content:

• We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic increases, or business outcomes from using the generated content.
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any claims, statistics, or business details in the generated content before publishing.
• AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies that require manual review and correction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saratoga Digital Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your account at any time through the billing settings or by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for the Service.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Your account data and generated content will be deleted within 30 days of account closure. We recommend downloading any content you wish to keep before cancelling.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New York.
